These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of our platform, services, and features, and by accessing or using Cybershield Orbital™ ("Orbital"), you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree with any of these terms, please refrain from using our platform.

2. License and Access Terms

Cybercode Security™ is offered under various license models designed to meet the needs of different users, ranging from individuals and community groups to large organizations and partners. The licenses grant users access to our full range of tools, features, and training modules, subject to the specific terms of the applicable license agreement.

Licenses Available:

• Corporate License: Full access to all tools, including tailored courses, examination portal, Cybercode Labs, phishing simulator, and community portal.
• Professional License: The Professional License for Cybercode Security™ is designed for individual professionals seeking advanced cybersecurity training and tools for career development. It provides access to premium resources such as specialized labs, advanced training modules, and certification pathways.
• Partner License: For resellers, training centers, and affiliates, offering exclusive training materials and tools for client distribution.
• Internal Use License:Reserved for Cybershield team members and trainers, limited to internal operations.
• Community License:Provides access to community-focused tools and courses, primarily for educational and non-commercial use.

Each license type comes with specific access rights, pricing models, and terms that are designed to provide equitable access while maintaining the quality of our services.

3. Trademark Declaration

Cybercoders™, Cybercode Security™, JamiiHub™, and Cybercode Community™ are registered trademarks of Cybercode Africa. Unauthorized use of these trademarks, or any attempt to replicate or misrepresent them, is strictly prohibited and may lead to legal consequences.

4. Terms of Use

By using Cybercode Security™, you agree to:

• Uphold Ethical Standards: Ensure all usage aligns with the mission of Cybercode to advance cybersecurity education, awareness, and innovation.
• Use Tools Responsibly: Accessing and utilizing our tools, including phishing simulations and labs, is for ethical, educational, and professional purposes only.
• No Redistribution or Reverse Engineering: The tools and materials are proprietary and cannot be redistributed, reverse-engineered, or used for unauthorized purposes.

5. Pricing Models and License Eligibility

Cybercode offers flexible pricing plans for individuals, organizations, and partners, including free-tier access with limited courses and tools, as well as annual subscription models for full access to premium features.

• Free Tier: Limited access to introductory courses and tools.
• Community License: Available for individuals or groups promoting cybersecurity awareness, with annual membership fees.
• Professional license: The Professional License for Cybershield Orbital™ is designed for individual professionals seeking advanced cybersecurity training and tools for career development. It provides access to premium resources such as specialized labs, advanced training modules, and certification pathways.
• Corporate License: Pricing based on organization size, with volume discounts available.
• Partner License: Revenue-sharing or flat fee options for resellers and partners.

Eligibility for each license type is subject to review by Cybershield administrators.

6. Refund and Cancellation Policy

• Licenses can be canceled within 30 days of renewal, with a 14-day grace period for refunds.
• Any cancellations after the 14-day period will not be eligible for a refund.

7. Support and Maintenance

All users of Cybercode Security are entitled to customer support, regular updates, and bug fixes as part of their subscription, with priority support available for corporate and partner license holders.

8. Termination and Renewal

• Termination: Cybercode Africa reserves the right to terminate a license if users violate these Terms of Service, misuse the platform, or fail to comply with applicable laws.
• Renewal: Annual subscriptions will automatically renew unless canceled 30 days before the renewal date.

9. Community and Open Initiative Contributions

Cybershield Orbital encourages community contributions to its open projects. Contributors will be credited for their work, and all submissions must adhere to Cybershield’s review policies.

10. Intellectual Property Rights

All content and tools provided by Cybershield Orbital™ are proprietary intellectual property owned by Cybercoders™ and are licensed to users for educational and professional use as described in the license agreement.

11. Additional Add-ons

Cybershield offers additional services for premium license holders, such as:

• Custom Training Modules
• Enhanced Lab Access
• White-labeling Options

These services are available at an additional cost.
